Lord Parshuram is free from death. He is amongst those 7 chiranjeevi who are known to be undied forever.
Lord Parshuram is known as the sixth avatar of Lord Vishnu belonging to dashavtar. It was mentioned in shrimad Bhagavad-Gita that whenever the innocent people who have faith on god will ruled and mishandled by people of distracted minds and devil natures, there will be rise of the new avatar on the earth who will not only save them from being destroyed but also secure the existence of the “vaidik sanskiti.”
Lord Parshuram was found to be the most angry and wrath person of that era. He was the fifth son of jamdagni.
Lord Parshuram was born when there was struggle between two communities named brahmins and kshatriyas. He fought for justice by anyway and remain as the Lord with parshu(axe).
But there is no any specific mention in purana about his death anywhere. He was supposed to be leave the world after his aim was fulfilled.
But interesting fact is that the existence of Lord Parshuram was underlined in Ramayana after hundreds of years from this era. The heavy strong ‘Dhanush’ described in Seeta Swayanwar was given by Parshuram to king Janak( Seeta's father). It was so heavy that the ultra legendary prince and kings including Ravana couldn't even lift that in hands.
Later on Lord Rama broke it in very first attempt and married to Devi Seeta.
Also there is another incident in Ramayana describing the conversation between lord Rama and lord Parshuram.
Again hundreds of years later, there was an era of Lord Krishna and Mahabharata. Karna who was the first son of kunti was abandoned by her and grown in an ordinary family. For learning the special Mantra vidya , he lied to his master(Guru) and got cursed by him when he was caught. The person who cursed him was none other than Parshuram.
The existence of Lord Parshuram was mentioned in his own avatar,In Ramayana and in Mahabharata also. This is the logical and well accepted proof of Lord Parshuram being chiranjeevi(undied).
