Alzheimer's Dementia

Today is world Alzheimer's disease day. Every year on 21st September it is celebrated to make awareness about Alzheimer's Dementia . It is most common type of Dementia

It is a progressive brain disease beginning with mild memory loss, thinking, problem solving and learning skills decreased gradually.
The number of people living with Alzheimer's disease doubles every 5 years beyond age 65.
Symptoms of the disease can appear after age 60, and risk increases with age.
Family history play a role.
Criteria for diagnosing Dementia....
1.  Memory impairment
2. At least one of the following is present...
a.Impaired ability to understand or produce speech
     b. Inability to perform purposive actions
     c. Inability to interpret sensation & hence o recognize things.
     d. Disturbance in executive functioning.
3. Social and occupational deterioration

Healthy body, healthier mind

08 ways to improve your brain health.

2.Prevent and manage high blood pressure
3. Prevent and learn to manage high cholesterol by exercise.

Exercise

Avoid heavy exercises at any cost including marathon. Professional *marathoners* retire by mid twenties and professional *cyclists* by early thirties. We are pushing ourselves in late forties &  surely in fifties.

40-50 min brisk walk is all you need to keep your heart well and a bit working with 3-5 kg weights to keep your muscles in good health. That’s all you need. It’s a futile attempt to show that we are fit in growing fitness fad among ourselves makes us vulnerable to over exercise.

Devi Shetty always says, even if one is looking young and beautiful from outside, our inside organs are ageing and that sums it all.

Leave apart people who are dying, they are free from this ruthless life. Renowned Paed surgeon in early sixties damaged shoulder while lifting weight above 20kgs and had a life threatening complications of anaesthesia , survived with lot of mental trauma. Local pathologist in early fifties while doing dance practice led to rupture of tendoachillis and calcaneal crush fractures and now at home for atleast 6-8 weeks.

Avoid difficult treks, climbing mountains. Don’t try to challenge nature at any cost.

All these marathons etc did create awareness of exercise but not for those who are above forty years of age.

We are not immortal so death cannot be postponed just by doing exercise and surely not at all by over exercising.

Everything is mind power and one can easily live a healthy life if your mind is strong. Accept that death is inevitable and don’t land up in the trap of gyms, high protein preparations, body building.

Eat regional, seasonal fresh food and take breakfast, lunch dinner on time and 40-50 mins brisk walk that too 5-6 days a week.

And lastly, keep traveling & feel happy always.....!!!!

*Emotional Intelligence

 *Emotional Intelligence  💞*

A car ahead was moving like a turtle and not giving me way inspite of my continuous honking!   I was on brink of losing my cool when I noticed the small sticker on the car’s rear!

“Physically challenged; Please be patient.”

And that changed everything!!

I immediately went calm & slowed down!!

In fact, I got a little protective of the car & the driver!!!

I reached home a few minutes late, but it was ok!

And then it struck me.

Would I have been patient if there was no sticker?

Why do we need stickers to be patient with people!?

Will we be more patient & kind with others if people had labels pasted on their foreheads?

Labels like —

“ Lost my job” ,
“Fighting cancer”,
“Going through a bad divorce”,
“Suffering Emotional abuse",
"Lost a loved one”,
“Feeling worthless”,
“Financially broken”,

....and more like these!!

Everyone is fighting a battle we know nothing about.

The least we can do is to be patient, kind & compassionate.

Let us respect the Invisible Labels !!
Knowing each is carrying multiple ones.

*The Noticer*

 *The Noticer*

My daughter handed me her school progress report.
Although it displayed a steady stream of positive check marks, there was one check mark standing dejectedly alone from the rest.
“How am I doing, Mom?” my child asked with a level of maturity that did not match the small disheveled person gazing up at me with smudged eyeglasses that teetered on the tip of her nose.
With her small finger, she pointed to her teacher’s neatly printed words next to the lone check mark.
It read:
'Distracted in large groups.'

But I already knew this. I knew this long before it was written on an official report card.
Since she was a toddler, this child has offered astute observations of the world around her.

After pointing out all the positives on the progress report, I told her what was written.
Upon hearing the news, she gave a tiny, uncertain smile and shyly admitted, “I do look around a lot.”
But before my child could feel one ounce of shame, one iota of failure, I came down on bent knees and looked her straight in the eye...I didn’t want her to just hear these words, *I wanted her to feel them*.

This is what I said:
“Yes. You do look around a lot. You noticed Sam sitting off by himself with a skinned knee on the field trip, and you comforted him.
You noticed Banjo had a running nose, and the vet said it was a good thing we brought him in when we did.
You noticed our waitress was working really hard and suggested we leave an extra good tip.
You noticed Grandpa was walking slower than the rest of us so you waited for him.
You notice the beautiful view every time we cross the bridge to go to swim practice.
And you know what?
_I don’t ever want you to stop noticing because that is your GIFT._
*It is your gift that you give to the world.*”

As I watched my daughter beam with the _glow of acceptance_, I realized *her approach to life had the power to change the world*.

You see, we are all just waiting for someone to notice
— notice our pain,
notice our scars,
notice our fear,
notice our joy,
notice our triumphs,
notice our courage.
*And the one who notices is a rare and beautiful gift*.

Let us all be NOTICERS today.
Have a beautiful day!

 *Sunday Story*

*“Detachment, the only way to happiness”*

The maid had reported early morning and commenced her chores in the palatial house of the Major General,  posted in Shimla.

It had rained heavily overnight accompanied by a tempest and the maid had her job cut out, as rain and dust had crept in through the crevices as she quietly  began sweeping the floor.

Meanwhile , Memsaab and Sir, who were up with the birds and were at the zenith of their career, had just commenced sipping the aromatic tea, served by their orderly when they heard a sudden piercing shriek of a woman emerging from the bungalow. The sound almost resonated like the cries which the Army veteran was used to in the battlefield, but  to the Memsaab it left a shiver down the spine.

Uptil that moment, this official bungalow had always borne a semblance of tranquility but  this latest missile had all the trappings of residing in a habitation neighbouring a war zone.

Both Saab and Memsaab instantly deserted  their hot morning cuppa  and dashed to the source of the decibelic eruption which they quickly discovered came from the drawing room. With much panic and anxiety writ on their countenance , they stepped inside, only to find the maid whose wail by then had been replaced by loud sobbing and shuddering  while she stood close to the sprawling drawing room’s mantelpiece, holding a broom and nervously indicating the source of the disharmony - a debris, which till yesternight had been their favourite possession and to which they attributed all their accomplishments to.

To recount in one of their visits abroad - Srilanka - almost 30 years back, this nascently married Army couple, were desperately  hunting for a reasonably priced memento which they could afford. A curio stall owner responding to their fervent request offered them  a statue of Buddha. His parting words were  - ‘this statue of Buddha would usher in life long happiness and success’ and with that the sale got sealed.

The coupled thanked the stall owner profusely, struck by his oracular prophecy, as  he parted with the statue and they left for home shortly with their  new acquisition. As days melted into months and years, the Army couple went through their routine  postings even as Saab rose in the hierarchy successfully and occupied important positions. The statue of Buddha occupied the pride of place on the mantelpiece in all their abodes and it gradually acquired the status of a talisman which, as if, was always blessing them and obeying the prophecy foretold.

And now, here it was - a piece of debris, the overnight storm having accidentally forced open a window close to the mantelpiece and a curtain swaying to the whims of an unruly gust of wind unsettling it from the place where it had always blessed the family. The couple felt gutted.

Not exchanging a word, but with eyes downcast and a heavy heart, Saab and Memsaab left the maid to clear the gathered debris and retraced their steps to the garden to finish the morning brew which had by then become tepid. A pall of gloom had instantly descended on the household  by then.

Quietly contemplating what was in store for them in the days ahead, sans the statue,  they saw the maid suddenly emerging from the bungalow and approaching them hurriedly with a folded chit of paper which she disclosed had formed a part of the debris and which she discovered only after clearing the entire debris.

Memsaab opened the chit with bated breath and quietly handed it over to Saab but not without a hopeful twinkle in her eye. As another cup of hot tea arrived delicately balanced on a tray  by his orderly, the worry on Saab’s visage gradually vanished as he read the handwritten message inscribed on the chit - *‘Detachment, the only way to happiness’*

Teaching of Sanskrit

*There is a village in remote interiors of Goa, on the banks of River Kushavati, called Rivona. As per history, its original name was Rishi Vana, a forest where Rishis reside. It's well known for its Buddhist caves.*

*Recently, Rivona became the talk of the town all over Goa, when one day, all of a sudden, the Prime Minister of India Modi made a phone call to the village to congratulate a 16-year old boy Priavrat Patil!*

*What made the Prime Minister of India call Priyavrat Patil, was that this young handsome teenager had cracked one of the most difficult exams in Sanskrit! This makes him one of the topmost scholars of Sanskrit in the country!*

*When we reached Rivona it was quite dark, and Cyclone Nisarga was approaching. There we met Smt. Patil. Their house itself was the first revelation of it's scholarly atmosphere! It was not just a house, it was a Rishi Ashram!*

*The young man and his Father were not at the  home. So Smt. Patil called her Son on his mobile. The very first thing i noticed was, that this lady who was talking to us in fluent Konkani and Marathi, was talking with the same fluency to her Son in Sanskrit!*

*Pryavrat's Father Mahamahopadhyaya Devdutt Patil and his Mother together run a Sanskrit Gurukul in this village. It's a small institution with 30-odd resident students. Not many in Goa may know about it, but the President of India and the Prime Minister of India know who they are, and what work they do! This small unaided school is one of the topmost Sanskrit Research Centres in the world!*

*Gurukul is an entirely different kind of study system. Unlike our regular schools, here boys and girls are dedicated to study their given topics. They reside in the House of their Guru, do Community Work, learn life skills, and at the same time specialise in their subject!*

*Learning Sanskrit in the traditional way is no joke! There are no classrooms or books! You learn to memorise a book fully, like a song. When asked you sing the entire book page by page, paragraph by paragraph, word by word without making a single spelling or pronunciation error, knowing each and every meaning of the word in the same tone and at the same pitch! Every word is a mantra!*

*The Gurukul admits boys after 7th standard and girls after 10th! There is no other criteria! Students come from all over the country! Education is free! No fees! The School is run by a Public Charitable Trust on public donations!*

*The course is of 6 years, and in this 6 years you learn 3 topics. Sanskrit Vyakran, Mimansa and Nyaya. That is grammar, interpretation and art of debating! That's it. If you are a graduate of this small unaided Institute not affiliated to any Board or University, all the Universities in the country will come rushing to you, requesting you to head their Sanskrit Department!*

*Remember this is not a Ved Pathshala. They dont teach Vedas or Shastras or Upanishads. They teach you PhD level Sanskrit.

The Queen

In a few days, Britain’s longest-reigning Monarch’s earthly remains will be laid to rest on the grounds of Windsor Castle, in an elaborate ceremony befitting her royal status. As many across the world mourn, my thoughts turned to another royal whose final resting place is in the same country,  but one whom not many may know about.

Duleep Singh was the youngest of Maharaja Ranjit Singh’s sons. Ranjit Singh ruled over the mighty kingdom of Punjab, one of the richest and most powerful states in India. He was a brilliant and powerful leader, so much so that the ever ambitious East India Company didn’t dare to attempt to quarrel with them in their quest for expansion in the resource-rich Indian subcontinent.

In 1839, the great king died, and not soon thereafter, mayhem ensued. After after a series of assassinations and betrayals, all of his heirs lost their lives. All but one, that is: Prince Duleep Singh, his youngest son.

In 1843, he was crowned the Maharaja of Punjab, with his mother Maharani Jind Kaur ruling as Queen Regent on his behalf. He was 5 years old.

Seeing opportunity in the instability of Punjab, the British fought two successful wars against the the young Maharaja, the eventual outcome of which was the annexation of the kingdom and the removal of Maharaja Duleep Singh as its sovereign. Separated from his mother, who was exiled to Nepal, the young king became a prisoner of the British. Eventually, Duleep Singh was put into the care of a Christian missionary. He was 10 years old.

Under close watch by the British, access to young Duleep Singh was strictly controlled and monitored. Cut off from his people, language and his culture, he was completely alone, with strangers. He was made to study Christianity, and converted shortly before being exiled to England. He was 15 years old.

In England, Queen Victoria became quite fond of the young king. He lived the life of an English gentleman, and was commonly known as “The Black Prince” by the upper echelons of British society.
He was made to sign a humiliating 5-point agreement on 29 March 1849 to give up all claim of sovereignty over the Punjab, agree to confiscation of all his property, and  surrender the Kohinoor to the Queen of England in lieu of an annual pension of not less than four and not exceeding five lakhs of East India Company's rupees.

Tragically, this beautiful treasure was then cut down to make it more appeasing to European standards. A portion of this magnificent jewel now sits in the late Queen’s crown - the crown that will soon be worn by England’s new Queen Consort.

Despite living a life of relative luxury, something in Duleep Singh still longed for his former life. He made several attempts at re-connecting with his exiled mother, all which were denied by the British. Eventually, when she was no longer deemed a threat, the British allowed Duleep Singh to travel to Nepal to bring his mother back to England.

Duleep Singh attempted to return to India multiple times, all of which were also thwarted by the British. Throughout his lifetime, he was only allowed two strict visits to the land of his birth, the first being to transit to retrieve his mother from Nepal, and the second being to return her ashes after her death. On both occasions, he was not permitted to enter Punjab, the land of his forefathers.
In the end, even his pension was stopped by the British Government, and he had to sell his house,  Elveden Hall, which he had purchased out of his pension and rebuilt over five years. From the sale money, he bought tickets for hom and his family to return to India. But he could not make it beyond Aden. He and his family were arrested on 21 April 1886 at Port Said, before the ship could reach the Suez Canal. And on 22 October 1893 Duleep Singh died penniless and alone in a shabby hotel in Paris.

As we watch and perhaps even participate in the events, tributes and memorials that will be taking place in the coming days, I think it’s also important to take a moment to say a prayer for and pay tribute to our last Maharaja as well, because if we forget him, we forget a part of ourselves....

Can you hear a pin drop?

This may be a repeat but it is worth reading again 👇🏽👇🏽👇🏽👇🏽👇🏽

Can you hear a pin drop?

What is the meaning of pin drop silence?

Following are some instances when silence could speak louder than voice.

Take 1:

Field Marshal Sam Bahadur Maneckshaw once started addressing a public meeting at Ahmedabad in English.

The crowd started chanting, "Speak in Gujarati.

We will hear you only if you speak in Gujarati."
Field Marshal Sam Bahadur Maneckshaw stopped.
Swept the audience with a hard stare and replied,

"Friends, I have fought many a battle in my long career.
I have learned Punjabi from men of the Sikh Regiment;
Marathi from the Maratha Regiment;
Tamil from the men of the Madras Sappers;
Bengali from the men of the Bengal Sappers,
Hindi from the Bihar Regiment; and
Even Nepali from the Gurkha Regiment.

Unfortunately there was no soldier from Gujarat from whom I could have learned Gujarati."...

You could have heard a pin drop

Take 2:

Robert Whiting,
an elderly US gentleman of 83, arrived in Paris by plane.

At French Customs, he took a few minutes to locate his passport in his carry on.

"You have been to France before, Monsieur ?", the Customs officer asked sarcastically.

Mr. Whiting admitted that he had been to France previously.

"Then you should know enough to have your passport ready."

The American said,
"The last time I was here,
I didn't have to show it."

"Impossible.
Americans always have to show their passports on arrival in France !", the Customs officer sneered.

The American senior gave the Frenchman a long, hard look.

Then he quietly explained

"Well, when I came ashore at Omaha Beach,
at 4:40am, on D-Day in 1944, to help liberate your country, I couldn't find a single Frenchman to show a passport to.... "

You could have heard a pin drop

Take 3:

Soon after getting freedom from British rule in 1947, the de-facto prime minister of India, Jawahar Lal Nehru called a meeting of senior Army Officers to select the first General of the Indian army.

Nehru proposed, "I think we should appoint a British officer as a General of The Indian Army, as we don't have enough experience to lead the same."
Having learned under the British, only to serve and rarely to lead, all the civilians and men in uniform present nodded their heads in agreement.

However one senior officer, Nathu Singh Rathore, asked for permission to speak.

Nehru was a bit taken aback by the independent streak of the officer, though, he asked him to speak freely.

Rathore said, "You see, sir, we don't have enough experience to lead a nation too, so shouldn't we appoint a British person as the first Prime Minister of India?"

You could hear a pin drop.

After a pregnant pause, Nehru asked Rathore,
"Are you ready to be the first General of The Indian Army?"..

Rathore declined the offer saying "Sir, we have a very talented army officer, my senior, Gen. Cariappa, who is the most deserving among us."

This is how the brilliant Gen. Cariappa became the first General and Rathore the first ever Lt. General of the Indian Army.

*A Two minute Refresher Management Course*.

*A Two minute Refresher Management Course*.

*Lesson One*:

An eagle was sitting on a tree resting, doing nothing.

A small rabbit saw the eagle and asked him, "Can I also sit like you and do nothing?"

The eagle answered: "Sure, why not."

So, the rabbit sat on the ground below the eagle and rested. All of a sudden, a fox appeared, jumped on the rabbit, and ate it.

*Management Lesson*:-

To sit and  do nothing, you must be sitting very, very high up at the top.

*Lesson Two*:

A turkey was chatting with a bull. "I would love to be able to get to the top of that tree," sighed the turkey, "but I haven't got the energy."

"Well, why don't you nibble on some of my droppings?" replied the bull. "They're packed with nutrients."

The turkey pecked at a lump of dung, and found it actually gave him enough strength to reach the lowest branch of the tree.

The next day, after eating some more dung, he reached the second branch. Finally after a fourth night, the turkey was proudly perched at the top of the tree.

He was promptly spotted by a farmer, who shot him out of the tree.

*Management Lesson* -

Bullshit might get you to the top, but it won't keep you there.

*Lesson Three*

A little bird was flying south for the winter. It was so cold. The bird froze and fell to the ground into a large field.

While he was there, a cow came by and dropped some dung on him. As the frozen bird lay there in the pile of cow dung, he began to realise how warm he was.

The dung was actually thawing him out!

He lay there all warm and happy, and soon began to sing for joy.

A cat passing by heard the bird singing and came to investigate. Following the sound, the cat discovered the bird under the pile of cow dung; and, promptly dug him out and ate him.

*Management Lessons* -

(1) Not everyone who shits on you is your enemy.

(2) Not everyone who gets you out of shit is your friend.

(3) And when you're in deep shit, it's best to keep your mouth shut!

Loved this poem-

 Loved this poem-

Poet not known:
Beautiful words!  -

*Sometimes,*
I feel I want to go back in time...

Not to change things, but to feel a couple of things twice..

*Sometimes,*
 I wish I was a Baby for a while...

Not to be walked in the pram but to see my Mother's smile

*Sometimes,*
I wish I could go back to school...

Not to become a child but to spend  more time with those friends, I never met after school..

*Sometimes,*
I wish I could be back in college...

Not to be a rebel but to really understand what I studied

*Sometimes,*
I wish I was a Fresher at my work...

Not to do less work but to recall the joy of the first pay cheque

*Sometimes,*
I wish I could marry again all over...

Not to change the partner but to 'feel' the ceremony better

*Sometimes,*
I wish my kids were younger....

Not because they grew fast but to play with them a bit more

*Sometimes,*
I feel I still had some more time to live...

Not to have a longer life but to know what I could give to others

*Since the times*
that are gone can never come back,

let's enjoy the moments
 as we live them
from now on, to the fullest..

Let's Celebrate
our Life -
Every Moment,
Every Day......I

Met an old class mate.

 Met an old class mate.

We had not seen each other for about 30 years.

When I saw him at a hotel lobby, he was looking quite simple - ordinary.

The Lord has been very kind to me.
Deep within me I was not impressed with his status compared to mine.

We started chatting and I could see the joy in him as he spoke to me.

I told him I would drop him home in my new Range Rover and I pointed it to him. He declined and said he had already called for his car. It was an old Honda Accord.

I invited him the next day for lunch at my house.
I wanted to impress him - to show off my success and affluence to him.
I also wanted to discuss opportunities and possibilities to help him.

He looked impressed with my home. I had taken a heavy mortgage. In fact I was heavily in debt.

We had lunch. He told me he was into small business and also into real estate.

I brought up more business discussions. I asked him how I could help him.
I even told him if he was interested, I could help him secure some loans... He looked at me and smiled.
He said he was fine.
He invited me over to his place. Then he left in his old car.

I was grateful to God for what I had. I thought to myself...I was lucky. I worked in a good place, made good money....

Two weeks later, we went to his place . My wife was not too keen to go but I was able to convince her that we were very close friends in college.

We asked for directions to his home. Those guiding us spoke his name with deference.
It was a simple but lovely home. A four bedroom bungalow. I saw four cars parked in front. We entered his home. It was simple but elegant and classy. He welcomed us warmly.
Lunch was well served. His wife called him Baba Wuraola.

During lunch, he asked about my MD.
He said they were friends.

I saw a company gift on one of his tables. That company owned about 38% shares in the place where I worked.

I enquired about it. He smiled.
He then told me he owned the company.
He also owned the
Wuraola Estate.
I was stunned!!!

I had learnt a lesson in humility - A big one.

Driving back home, I was very quiet.
I thought about myself.
Living on heavy loans and showing off while someone who pays my salary is quite modest and living a simple life!

Indeed Deeper Rivers Flow In Majestic Silence!

*TALK ABOUT BRILLIANT HUMOUR!*

 *TALK ABOUT BRILLIANT HUMOUR!*

(Shared verbatim)
Dr. Sarvapalli Radhakrishnan, a great Teacher, Philosopher and former President of India in whose honour Teachers' Day is celebrated, was an exceptionally “witty man”!!

The King of Greece came to India on a State visit.

President Radhakrishnan welcomed him at the Palam Airport.

. “Your Majesty.. you are the first King of Greece to come to India “on invitation”!!

The last time, Alexander, the Great, “came uninvited.”

*****

Gandhiji : I don’t drink Milk which is the essence of Beef.

Radhakrishnan : “In that case,  we all are Cannibals. For, we drink our Mother’s Milk, which again is the essence of Human Flesh.”

*****

Winston Churchill while having a cup of Tea said to Dr. Radhakrishnan:
*Sugar is the only English word where "s" is pronounced as "sh" !!

Dr Radhakrishnan quipped : "Are you sure?"

*****

Once Winston Churchill hosted a State Banquet in honor of Dr. Radhakrishnan who washed his hands before eating and used his hands for having the food while Churchill used Spoons and Forks..!!

Churchill could not stop himself from advising Dr. Radhakrishnan to use Spoon and Fork saying that they were more hygienic.

👉 *Dr. Radhakrishnan replied..“*
Since nobody can use my hand to eat, my hand is more hygienic than any Spoon or Fork you use”..!!😊😊

On one of his travels abroad, Dr. Sarvapalli Radhakrishnan was asked a question by a member in the audience.

”What’s the difference between a Station Master and a School Master..!!! ?”

The question was irrelevant and bordering on impertinent, too..!!
However, this brilliant gentleman replied calmly...
”While a Station Master minds the Train, a School Master trains the mind..!!” 😊👍

Of the seventeen century Manifestation of God in the eyes of Dutch philosopher Baruque de Spinoza.

 Of the seventeen century

Manifestation of God in the eyes of Dutch philosopher Baruque de Spinoza.

Einstein used to deliver lectures at US universities back then. Students used to force him with various questions. One of the most asked questions is, what the future holds? In reply Einstein used to say, 'I don't care about the future. Because, it comes early anyway.

The most question students asked Einstein was -

Do you believe in God? Einstein always gave the same answer in the north, . “I believe in the God of Spinozer”.

Baruch de Spinoza was a Dutch philosopher. Spinoza was considered one of the greatest logicists of philosophy in the seventeenth century with Deskarts.

Spinoser God said; Stop praying. Get out the way of the world. Enjoy your life. I want you to dance, sing, chill, have fun. Enjoy to the fullest of everything I created for you.

Stop entering all the dark holes you have created in my name. I live in mountains, forests, rivers, lakes, beach, among people, in nature.

Life you have made it complicated. Stop blaming others for nothing. Don't blame me either. I never said you were sinners. I never said loving is a sin. With whom you express love, you get bliss. You have complicated your life trying to be a slave to faith. Be free from the slavery of your faith. Enjoy all the colors of life.

If I created you you would be emotion, limitations, joy, feelings, needs, contradictions... I have made free will by fulfilling these. How can I blame you for what I made you of? Why punish you for being the way I created you? Do you think I made a place to burn all my creations who do evil? Can God do this?

Stop reading those so called scriptures not related to me. If you can't see me in every sunrise, full moon-moon, beautiful landscapes, in the face of your friend, in the eyes of your child, in the mountains, in the sea, in the canals, in the river, then don't try to search for me in any holy book.

Find out, which work you like to do. Keep doing that good work carefully. Make life easy. Stop scaring me. I am not your judge. I am not your critic. I'm not even your punisher. If I created you, I gave you all your emotions, limitations, joy, feelings, needs, contradictions. How can I blame you for what I created you with. Why would I punish you for being the way I created you? No hell I created to burn you. Can any God burn his own creation?

What you don't want for yourself, don't do for others. Focus on your own life, let it be the path of your life.

Dear people you need to know, this life is not a lab. This life is not a rehearsal to step to heaven. This life is only for the world. You are free, absolutely free.

I can't tell you if there is anything else after this life; but I can give an advice. Just live; as if there is nothing else. As if this is your only chance to enjoy, love and live.

Enjoy the opportunity you get. I won't question if you're right or wrong. I rather ask do you like earth life? What joy was there ? What did you enjoy the most on earth? What have you learned in the world?

Stop believing in me. Believing is assuming. I don't want you to believe me, I want you to believe in yourself, believe in yourself. Find me when you kiss your loved one. When you cuddle your little girl, care for your pets; when you look into the ocean, you find me there. Check it out.

What kind of arrogant God do you think I am? Stop praising me. I hate being praised. I'm tired of getting compliments, tired.

Stop repeating all that complicated about me; imaginative things were taught. Why do you need more miracles? Why do you need so much explanation?

Still feeling grateful to me? Take care of your health, your relationships and your habitat in the world. Express your joy! That's my best way to appreciate.

The only certain thing is that you are on earth, you are living on earth; you are living in a world full of wonders.
