The Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi inaugurated the first Emergency Landing Facility (ELF) of the northeast in Dibrugarh, Assam. Shri Modi stated that it is a matter of immense pride that the Northeast gets an Emergency Landing Facility, and is of great importance from a strategic point of view and during times of natural disasters. The Prime Minister posted on X: "It is a matter of immense pride that the Northeast gets an Emergency Landing Facility.
