How tall was Lord Rama?

How tall was Lord Rama? Lord Rama was 96 inches in height(according to valmiki ramayana) which is approximately 7 to 8 feet. He was Ajanubaha. ​ Anyhow we cannot compare the measurements of poeple of those times with the present times,as the heights and body measurements of people are much different.
