Why did Hanuman worship Krishna instead of Ram?

Why did Hanuman worship Krishna instead of Ram?

Hanuman is primarily known for his unwavering devotion to Lord Rama, not Lord Krishna. Hanuman's devotion to Rama is a central theme in the Hindu epic, the Ramayana. Hanuman saw Lord Rama as his divine master and served him faithfully throughout his life.

While both Rama and Krishna are considered avatars of the god Vishnu in Hinduism, Hanuman's devotion is specifically directed towards Rama. There are, however, stories and beliefs in Hindu tradition where Hanuman also shows reverence to other forms of the divine, including Lord Krishna, but his primary devotion remains with Lord Rama.
