Can a married woman share a hotel room with a male friend?

Can a married woman share a hotel room with a male friend? My company organises & participates in Many International Confrences and Exhibitions. We like 5–6 boys & girls are the event makers & attend the same. Our job is to make the Booth, attend clients, meeting, New product demo etc. We all share rooms, like 2 persons each room but with the same gender. Company plans to have even numbers of participants like 4 or 6 or may be 8 so that 2 girls share a room and so as guys.
