Can the Sudarshana Chakra kill Lord Shiva?

Can the Sudarshana Chakra kill Lord Shiva? It cannot even kill demons protected by boons and beings like devas and Brahmarishis. Ravana tanked Sudarshana chakra hundreds of times in battle due to his powerful battle armor..
