World record in prebooking for any phone ever. 2. Due to overwhelming response, immense pressure on production, QA checks compromised. 3. Seven incident of fire hazard reported, investigate, CAPA taken insufficiently. 4. Replaced and relaunched. Again same issue arises in replaced units. QA team blamed. Production halted. Sells stopped, all units recalled or replaced. 5. Total damage 17 Billion USD (1,13,75,47,350 Rupees) reputation of Samsung hurts badly. #moral of story: QA compromised, everything is on stake.
