Teachings from Guru Nanak Dev Ji

Teachings from Guru Nanak Dev Ji *1.Submission to the Will of God (WAHEGURU)* Guru Nanak Dev ji says that everything happens by God’s Grace, God knows better what is right or wrong for us. We should, therefore, accept His decisions without any grudge or question. *2. There is One God* Guru Nanak Dev ji said, ” I am neither Hindu Nor Muslim, I am a follower of god .In Sikhism, the god is omnipresent, shapeless, timeless, and sightless. ( Nirankar, akar, alakh). Sikhism stress that, before creation there was God, and because of His will ( Hukam), the Illusion ( maya of attachment and enticement) came into being. The God in Sikhism is not male/female, and can only be seen through inward eye. *3. Goodwill for all – SARBAT DAA BHALAA* Guru Nanak dev ji passed the message of Universal brotherhood. He said that religion is not mere consistence of words but actually looks all men and women equally. In prayer, we say this line towards the end of daily Ardaas – “Nanak Naam Chardi Kala Tere Bhane Sarbat da bhala”, which can be translated as: with your blessings, Lord may everyone in the world prosper and be in peace“ *4. SACH SUNAISI SACH KEE BELA – (to speak the truth)* Guru Nanak Dev Ji told in front of King Babar “You are not Babar but JABAR”. We should always speak the truth without any fear. *5. SEWA AND SIMRAN* Guru Nanak says that no one can save anybody else. to be saved, one have to follow the right path of SEWA and SIMRAN told by him. If we recite Gurbani with love, we will find the Guru is speaking to us. About SEWA Gurbani explains: In the midst of this world, do SEWA and you shall be given a place of honour in the Court of the Lord *6 The three Principals* Vand Chako: Sharing with others, helping those with less who are in need Kirat Karo: Earning/making a living honestly, without exploitation or fraud Naam Japna: Chanting the Holy Name and thus remembering God at all times (ceaseless devotion to God) *7 Shun five Evils* Guru Nanak Dev Ji asked his followers to shun five evils which leads to illusion ( maya) which eventually acts as roadblock towards attainment of salvation. The five evils are Ego, Anger, Greed, Attachment and Lust. *8 Importance of Guru* Guru Nanak Dev ji lay great emphasis on having the importance of Guru in one’s life. He put forward the thought that salvation occurs not from pilgrimage or rites etc, but through heart, spirit and soul. For this to happen continuous seeking of knowledge must take place which is dependent on one’s guru. Guru according to him is the voice of the god, the true source of knowledge and salvation. *9. No Discrimination* Guru Nanak Dev ji was strongly against all artificially created divisions and all discrimination, both in word and deed. He said that the caste of a person is based on what he does. His idea of a caste-free society transpired also in his concepts of Sangat and Pangat. *10. Against Rituals/Superstitions* Guru Nanak Dev Ji preached against superstitions, false rituals, worship of demi-gods and goddesses. He stressed that only One God, the Formless, is to be glorified. In this way, he showed the path of truth and enlightenment.

The Sun and The Cave

A beautiful Story" "The Sun and the Cave" "One day the sun and a cave struck up a conversation. The sun had trouble understanding what “dark” meant and the cave didn’t quite get the hang of “light and clear” so they decided to change places. The cave went up to the sun and said, “Ah, I see, this is beyond wonderful. Now come down and see where I have been living.” The sun went down to the cave and said, “Gee, I don’t see any difference.” --------- When the sun went down, it took its light along and even the darkest corners were illuminated. That's why the sun couldn't see any difference. I love one of the quotes from an old book that said "The enlightened ones can never be sent to hell or pushed into darkness. They carry their heaven on their shoulders all the time". We thought that heaven is a place where were we are supposed to go, perhaps it was a state of mind we were supposed to achieve. If you are full of darkness within, full of negativity, fear and doubt, you become a cave unknowingly. It's a hell within and no matter how much you accumulate, you still remain hollow. If you are illuminated like the sun, then the darkness of the cave wouldn't matter. You could be in the worse of circumstances, you'll still be able to find a blessing somewhere. You'll be carrying your heaven with you..

Happy Deepavali

Let this iridescent, opalescent, incandescent festival of fervour sink the tenebrosity into ravishing radiance, filling everyone's life with cornucopia of joy, peace, health and fine fettle... Evil elements be incinerated in a sparking show of lights and coruscation... Happy Deepaval

Empathy

A man, who regularly attended family meetings suddenly without any notice stopped participating. After a few weeks, one very cold night the leader of that group decided to visit him. He found the man at home, alone, sitting in front of a fireplace where a bright fire burned. The man welcomed the leader. There was a great silence. The two men only watched the dancing flames around the logs that crackled in the fireplace. After a few minutes the leader, without saying a word, examined the woods that formed the fire and selected one of them, glowing most brightly of all, removing it to the side with a pair of tongs. Then he sat down again. The host was paying attention to everything, fascinated. Before long, the lone member flame subsided, until there was only a momentary glow & the fire soon went out. In a short time what was *previously bright light and heat* had become nothing more than a black & dead piece of wood. Very few words had been spoken since the greeting. Before preparing to leave, the leader with the tongs picked up the useless piece of wood & placed it again in the middle of the fire. Immediately, the member piece of wood was rekindled, fueled by the light & heat of the burning coals around him. When the leader reached the door to leave, the host said: *Thank you for your visit and for your beautiful lesson*. I'll return to the group soon. Why is a group important? Very simple: Because each member that withdraws takes fire & heat from the rest. It's worth reminding group members that they are a part of the flame. It's also good to remind us that we are all responsible for keeping each other's flame burning and we must promote the union among us so that the fire is really strong, effective and lasting. *THE GROUP IS ALSO A FAMILY - It doesn't matter if sometimes we are bothered by so many messages, quarrels and misunderstandings*. What matters is to be connected. We are here to meet, learn, exchange ideas or simply to know that we are not alone. *Let's keep the flame alive.* Life is beautiful with friends & family. *THANK YOU FOR BEING A PART OF OUR FAMILY FIRE* Lets keep it burning

Covid vaccine should be avoided at all cost. Message from Robert F. Kennedy, Jr.

Covid vaccine should be avoided at all cost.

Message from Robert F. Kennedy, Jr.

"To all my patients:

I would like to draw your attention urgently to important issues related to the next Covid-19 vaccination. For the first time in the history of vaccination, the so-called last generation mRNA vaccines intervene directly in the genetic material of the patient and therefore alter the individual genetic material, which represents the genetic manipulation, something that was already forbidden and until then considered criminal. This intervention can be compared to genetically manipulated food, which is also highly controversial. Even if the media and politicians currently trivialize the problem and even stupidly call for a new type of vaccine to return to normality, this vaccination is problematic in terms of health, morality and ethics, and also in terms of genetic damage that, unlike the damage caused by previous vaccines, will be irreversible and irreparable.

Dear patients, after an unprecedented mRNA vaccine, you will no longer be able to treat the vaccine symptoms in a complementary way. They will have to live with the consequences, because they can no longer be cured simply by removing toxins from the human body, just as a person with a genetic defect like Down syndrome, Klinefelter syndrome, Turner syndrome, genetic cardiac arrest, hemophilia, cystic fibrosis, Rett syndrome, etc.), because the genetic defect is forever!

This means clearly: if a vaccination symptom develops after an mRNA vaccination, neither I nor any other therapist can help you, because the damage caused by the vaccination will be genetically irreversible. In my opinion, these new vaccines represent a crime against humanity that has never been committed in such a big way in history. As Dr. Wolfgang Wodarg, an experienced doctor, said: In fact, this "promising vaccine" for the vast majority of people should be FORBIDDEN, because it is genetic manipulation! "

The vaccine, developed and endorsed by Anthony Fauci and funded by Bill Gates, uses experimental mRNA technology. Three of the 15 human guinea pigs (20%) experienced a "serious adverse event".

Note: messenger RNA or mRNA is the ribonucleic acid that transfers the genetic code of the DNA of the cell nucleus to a ribosome in the cytoplasm, that is, the one that determines the order in which the amino acids of a protein bind and act as a mold or pattern for the synthesis of that protein.

DOES CORONAVIRUS EXIST OR NOT?
- CLARIFICATION:

1. DOES THE VIRUS EXIST?

Yes, like many other viruses.

2. DOES IT HAVE A CURE?

Yes, if you use the proper medicines and do not leave your health in the hands of corrupt and mercantile health systems.

3. ARE THERE GOOD DOCTORS?

Yes and many, some are acting discreetly giving appropriate treatments, others have been bolder and there are many videos in the networks talking about these treatments, and many have been threatened, disqualified or silenced.

4. ARE SCIENTISTS INVESTIGATING?

Yes, and there is a world union calling for more doctors and scientists called Doctors and Scientists for Truth, to expose the falsity of the treatment they have given to the bug issue.

5. IS IT A PANDEMIC?

No. The WHO changed the term that referred to the pandemic, before the bug was launched in order to end the pandemic.

6. IS IT CONTAGIOUS?

Yes, like all flu.

7. IF I CATCH THE VIRUS, DOES IT MEAN THAT I WILL DIE?

No. If you have symptoms, just take the appropriate medicine from the first day (strengthen the immune system, take anti-inflammatory and anti-influenza) and cure yourself at home.

8. CAN IT BE PREVENTED?

Yes, being as clean as you should be, and maintaining a high immune system. And you also have: Ozone Therapy, Chlorine Dioxide with the preventive protocol.

9. ARE THE COUNT OF INFECTED AND DEAD BY THE VIRUS CERTAIN?

No. In the USA it was discovered that any data, would be in fact 10% of that number, because the causes of deaths were other diseases, and the tests are not reliable, they give false positives.

10. ARE ASYMPTOMATIC REAL CASES OF POSITIVES?

The human being has many microorganisms and viruses in the body and this does not mean that you are a sick or infected person, or that you have the virus, however, the viruses that are supposedly "so aggressive" present some symptoms in the patients because the body releases alarms from an intruder (fever, headache, vomiting, etc.) and according to Koch's theory the answer is NO.

11. WAS THE VIRUS CREATED?

Yes, in a laboratory.

13. FOR WHAT PURPOSE?

To be the excuse to restrict freedoms, to change the current economic system to a more oppressive / enslaving, scary, blind flock obedience.

14. ARE MANY COUNTRIES PART OF THIS MALICIOUS PLAN?

Yes.

15. WILL WE GET OUT OF THIS?

Yes. And all those who contributed to the deaths and the plan will fall, and they will pay for what they did.

16. MUST I BE AFRAID?

No. Fear diminishes your immune system and makes you mentally controllable.

17. IS THE MEDIA PART OF THE PLAN?

Yes. The owners of the media are accomplices. This is called mind control.

18. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

You protect yourself, and if you get sick you already know how to heal yourself at home, or with your trusted doctor who will not commit to the abandonment protocol.

19. SHOULD I BE VACCINATED?

No. If you get healthy, vaccines bring chemicals, heavy metals and a series of "bugs" that will only affect your health more in the medium and long term, both physically and mentally. It's your body, and it's your right to decide about it, and about your physical and mental health. Would you trust a vaccine after a virus has been created to exterminate humanity?

20. IS THIS A WAR?

Yes.! And we will be victorious! We need to stay together and wake other people up, giving a lot of information.

"Forced to wear a mask, but not to shut up."

On Corona Virus

The Japanese professor of physiology or medicine, Professor Dr Tasuku Honjo, caused a sensation today in the media by saying that the corona virus is not natural.  if it is natural, it will not have affected the whole world like that.  Because, depending on the nature, the temperature is different in different countries.  if it were natural, it would only have affected countries with the same temperature as China.  instead, it spreads to a country like Switzerland, the same way it spreads to desert areas.  whereas if it were natural, it would have spread in cold places, but would have died in hot places.  I have done 40 years of research on animals and viruses.  It is not natural.  It is manufactured and the virus is completely artificial.  I have been working for 4 years in the Wuhan laboratory in China.  I know all the staff of this laboratory well.  I called them all after the Corona accident.  but, all of their phones have been dead for 3 months.  It is now understood that all of these laboratory technicians are dead.

Based on all of my knowledge and research to date, I can say this with 100% confidence that Corona is not natural.  It did not come from bats.  China made it.  if what I say today turns out to be false now or even after I die, the government can withdraw my Nobel Prize.  but China is lying and this truth will one day be revealed to all.

*THE BHISHMA WAY* *or* *THE JATAYU WAY*

*THE BHISHMA WAY*
                   *or*
*THE JATAYU WAY*

No two people respond to the same situation in a similar way.

Here are examples of two legendary personalities who were faced with a very similar situation, but thier responses were diagonally apart.

This is a comparitive study between Bhisma and Jatayu.

Both, of them were confronted with character defining asssault on womanhood.

One chose to die protecting the victim while the other chose to be a mute spectator of the crime.

1) *POWERFUL or POWERLESS*
Bhisma was a powerful warrior and if he wanted, he could have stopped the disrobing of Draupadi - the Queen but he chose to be a silent witness of this act

whereas Jatayu was old and invalid and knew that in all probability, Ravana would kill him but still, he chose to try his best to protect Sita - the Queen.

*Bhisma was powerful yet acted powerless whereas Jatayu was powerless yet acted powerful*. _

"Real power is not about physical strength but about the deep desire to help."_

*2) ALIVE or DEAD*

Bhisma lived on but died everyday to his conscience whereas Jatayu died once but lived eternally true to his conscience. _

" *Our only constant companion is our concience - better to be true to it."_*

3) *FAME or INFAMY*

Bhisma's name and fame went down in history because of *this one act of not stopping the disrobing of Draupadi* but Jatayu's name and fame went high in history because of his act of trying to save Sita. _

" *We are all going to be mere names in history, sooner or later. Will we be equated with the bad or the good - is our choice."_*

4) *CULTURE or VULTURE*

Bhisma was supposed to be a highly cultured human but acted highly insensitive & stooped low in values like a vulture

whereas

Jatayu was supposed to be a lowly uncultured vulture but acted highly sensitive and soared the skies in values like an evolved human. Who would you call as a human - Bhisma or Jatayu? _

"One doesn't become a human being by being born as a human - one becomes a human being by being a human."_

5) *SPOKEN or UNSPOKEN WORDS*

Draupadi begged and pleaded protection from Bhisma because she knew if someone could protect her it was only him but still Bhisma didn't protect her

whereas

Sita didn't even ask Jatayu for protection - she just wanted him to inform Rama about her kidnapping by Ravana because she knew Jatayu was not powerful but still Jatayu tried to protect Sita.

Bhisma being a human couldn't even understand the spoken words of Draupadi what to speak of understanding her unspoken words whereas Jatayu even though was a mere bird, understood not only the spoken words of Sita but also her unspoken words.

*"The language of heart is more powerful than the language of words."_*

6) *CLARITY or CONFUSION*

Bhisma was confused regarding his Royal duty that he forgot that he had a higher duty - a moral duty

whereas

Jatayu was so clear about his moral duty that no other duty was a consideration for him. _

*"When caught up in dilemmas, best is to follow the higher principles - to follow our heart because it always knows the truth."_*

7) *GOOD or BAD EXAMPLE*

Bhisma set a very bad precedent for generations to come

whereas

Jatayu set the most ideal precedent for generations to come. _

"If we can't be a great example atleast let us not be a bad one."_

8) *RELATIVE or STRANGER*

Another interesting point is that Bhisma was an elderly relative of Draupadi but acted as a total stranger in this episode

 whereas

Jatayu was not at all related to Sita, he was a stranger but acted more than a dearest relative. _

"True relationships is based on heartly connections not just bodily connections."_

9) *THE SAINTLY or THE WICKED*

*Both, Bhisma and Jatayu had a few moments to decide what to do. Life,*

sometimes puts in situations where in a few moments we need to take crucial decisions.

What we decide very much depends on the kind of inner integrity we have cultivated by the association we keep.

Bhisma's intelligence was clouded and it failed the test of life because he associated with the wicked minded, selfish Kauravas whereas Jatayu's intelligence was crystal clear and it passed the test of life because he associated with the saintly, selfless Lakshman and the All-pure Lord Rama.

_"After all, who we are solely depends on whom we associate with."_

10) *EMBRACE or NEGLECT*

The Supreme Lord as Sri Krishna was not at all happy with this attitude of Bhisma so much so that when He came as a peace messenger to Hastinapur, He didn't even bother to look at Bhisma, what to speak of respecting him

whereas

The Supreme Lord as Ramachandra was so happy with the attitude of Jatayu that he embraced him and personally did his final rites - a honour that even Dasharath - His father didn't receive. _

The scriptures explain that the ultimate test of any activity is, if the Supreme Lord is pleased with us._ It is very clear, Bhisma displeased God whereas Jatayu pleased Him.

*This recount is not meant to criticize Bhisma - he is undoubtedly a great warrior and an amazing personality who sacrificed his personal desires for Hastinapur,*

but

we do vehemently criticize his inaction. The end here is to learn from the choices made so that we are conscious history follows us. _

*When we see some injustice, some problem, we have only two options - either close your eyes to it or do something about it - follow "the Bhisma way" or "the Jatayu way"*

and whichever way we choose remember there will be consequences of our choices

*~"the Bhisma result" or "the Jatayu result"._*

 *Brilliant analysis!!*

An absolute brilliant write up.... Hats off to the writer

An absolute brilliant write up.... Hats off to the writer Another perspective of the story of the Hare who lost the race…but.. Actually, everyone throughout the world has kept giving the example of Tortoise…Saying that slow and steady wins the race and emphasizing the value of persistence and dedication. Well ! No one has ever bothered to ask the Hare his side of the story… So let me tell you the story from a different point of view… I met the Hare and sat down with him for a heart to heart talk. This is what he had to say after we spent the better part of a balmy summer afternoon getting to know one other. It was a wonderful experience, believe me.. “Yes, I am the hare who lost. No, I did not get lazy or complacent. Let me explain. I was hopping over the meadows near the hills and looked back to realize that the tortoise was nowhere to be seen. Assured of my healthy lead, I decided to take a short nap under the large banyan tree near the pond. The anticipation of the race had kept me up all night. For days, that old silly tortoise had boasted about his ability to plod for hundreds of miles without stopping. Life is a marathon, he said, not a sprint.I wanted to show him that I could run both far and fast. The shade of the tree was like an umbrella. I found an almost oval rock, covered it with grass, and turned it into a makeshift pillow. I could hear the leaves rustling and the bees buzzing – it felt they were collaborating and even conspiring to put me to sleep. And it didn’t take them long to succeed. I saw myself drifting on a log in a beautiful stream of water. As I came near the shore, I found an old man, with a flowing beard, sitting on a rock in a meditative pose. He opened his eyes, gave me an all-knowing smile, and asked: “Who are you?” “I am a hare. I am running a race.” “Why?” “To prove to all the creatures in the jungle that I am the fastest.” “Why do you want to prove that you are the fastest?” “So that I get a medal which will give me status which will give me money which will get me food…” “There is already so much food around.” He pointed to the forest in the distance. “Look at all those trees laden with fruits and nuts, all those leafy branches” “I also want respect. I want to be remembered as the fastest hare who ever lived.” “Do you know the name of the fastest deer or the largest elephant or the strongest lion who lived a thousand years before you?” “No.” “Today you have been challenged by a tortoise. Tomorrow, it will be a snake. Then it will be a zebra. Will you keep racing all your life to prove that you are the fastest?” “Hmm. I didn’t think about it. I don’t want to race all my life.” “What do you want to do?” “I want to sleep under a banyan tree on a makeshift pillow while the leaves rustle and the bees buzz. I want to hop over the meadows near the hills and swim in the pond.” “You can do all these things this very moment. Forget the race. You are here today but you will be gone tomorrow.” I woke up from my sleep. The ducks in the pond looked happy. I jumped into the pond, startling them for a moment. They looked at me quizzically. “Weren’t you supposed to be racing with the tortoise today?” “It’s pointless. An exercise in futility. All I want is to be here. Hopefully, someday, someone will tell the world my story. *That I lost the race but got back my life*

*Who / What is being a Hindu ?*

*Who / What is being a Hindu ?*

A person was flying from JFK New York Airport to SFO San Francisco Airport CA to attend a meeting at Monterey, CA.

An American girl was sitting on the right side, near window seat. It, indeed, was a long journey - it would take nearly seven hours.

He was surprised to see the young girl reading a Bible, somewhat unusual of young Americans.

After some time she smiled and they had few acquaintances talk.
He told her, I am from India

*The girl asked: 'What's your faith?*

'What?' He didn't understand the question.

*'I mean, what's your religion? Are you a Christian? Or a Muslim?'*

*'No!' He replied, I am neither a Christian nor a Muslim'.*

Apparently she appeared puzzled 'Then ?'

*“I am a Hindu”, he said.*

She looked stil baffled. She could not understand what he was talking about.

*A common man in Europe or US, knows about Christianity and Islam, as they are the leading religions of the world today.*

 *But a Hindu......what?*

*He explained - I am born to a Hindu father and Hindu mother. Therefore, I am a Hindu by birth.*

*'Who is your prophet?' she asked.*

*'We don't have only one single prophet,' He replied.*

*'What's your Holy Book?'*

*'We don't have one single Holy Book alone, we have hundreds and thousands of philosophical and sacred scriptures', he replied.*

*'Oh, come on... at least tell me who is your God?'*

*'What do you mean by that?'*

*'Like we have Jesus and Muslims have Allah - don't you have a God?'*

*He thought for a moment. Muslims and Christians believe one God (Male God) who created the world and takes an interest in the humans who inhabit it. Her mind is conditioned with that kind of belief.*

*According to her (or anybody who doesn't know about Hinduism), a religion needs to have one Prophet, one Holy book and one God.* *The mind is so conditioned and rigidly narrowed down to such a notion that anything else is not acceptable. I understood her perception and concept about faith. You can't compare Hinduism with any of the present leading religions where you have to believe in one concept of God.*

*He tried to explain to her: 'You can believe in one God and you can be a Hindu. You may believe in multiple deities and still you can be a Hindu. What's more - you may not believe in God at all, still you can be a Hindu. An Atheist can also be a Hindu.'*

This sounded very crazy to her. *She couldn't imagine a religion so unorganized, still surviving for thousands of years, even after onslaught from foreign forces.*

*'I don't understand but it seems very interesting. Are you religious?'*

What can he tell to this American girl?

*He said: 'I do not go to Temple regularly. I do not make any regular rituals. I have learned some of the rituals in my younger days. I still enjoy doing it sometimes'.*

*'Enjoy?? Are you not afraid of God?'*

*'No - we are not afraid of God. Nobody has made any such compulsions to perform these rituals regularly.'*

*She thought for a while and then asked: 'Have you ever thought of converting to any other religion?'*

*'Why should I? Even if I challenge some of the rituals and faith in Hinduism, nobody can convert me from Hinduism. Because, being a Hindu allows me to think independently and objectively, without conditioning. I remain as a Hindu never by force, but by choice.'*

*He told her that Hinduism is not a religion, but a set of beliefs and practices. It is not a religion like Christianity or Islam because it is not founded by any one person or does not have an organized controlling body like the Church or the Order, he added.... There is no institution or authority..*

*'So, you don't believe in God?' she wanted everything in black and white.*

*'I didn't say that. I do not discard the divine reality. Our scripture, or Sruthis or Smrithis - Vedas and Upanishads or the Gita - say God might be there or he might not be there. But we pray to that supreme abstract authority (Para Brahman) that is the creator of this universe.'*

*'Why can't you believe in one personal God?'*

*'We have a concept - ABSTRACT - not a personal god.*

The concept or notion of a personal God, hiding behind the clouds of secrecy, telling us irrational stories through few men, whom, he sends as messengers, demanding us to worship him or punish us, does not make sense. I don't think that God is as silly as an autocratic emperor, who wants others to respect him or fear him.' I told her that such notions are just fancies of less educated human imagination and fallacies, adding that generally ethnic religious practitioners in Hinduism believe in personal Gods. The entry level Hinduism has over-whelming superstitions too. *The philosophical side of Hinduism negates all superstitions.*

*'Good that you agree God might exist. You told that you pray. What is your prayer then?'*

' *Lokaa Samastha Sukhino Bhavantu. Om Shanti, Shanti, Shanti,'*
 *लोका समस्ता सुखिनो भवन्तु !!! ॐ शान्तिः शान्तिः शान्तिः !!!*

'She laughed, 'What does it mean?'

*'May all the beings in all the worlds be happy. Let there be Peace, Peace, and Peace every where.'*

*'Hmm ..very interesting. I want to learn more about this religion. It is so democratic, broad-minded and free' she exclaimed.*

*'The fact is HINDUISM is a religion of the individual, for the individual and by the individual with its roots in the Vedas and the Bhagavad-Gita.*

*It is all about an individual approaching a personal God in an individual way according to his temperament and inner evolution - it is as simple as that.'*

'How does anybody convert to Hinduism?'

*'Nobody can convert you to Hinduism, because it is not a religion, but it is a Culture, a way of living life, a set of beliefs and practices.* *Everything is acceptable in Hinduism because there is no single Authority or Organization either to accept you or to reject you or to oppose you on behalf of Hinduism.'*

*He told - if you look for meaning in life, don't look for it in religions; don't go from one cult to another or from one Guru to the next.*

*For a real seeker, I told her, the Bible itself gives guidelines when it says ' Kingdom of God is within you.' I reminded her of Christ's teaching about the love that we have for each other. That is where you can find the meaning of life.*

Loving each and every creation of the God is absolute and real. '

*Isavasyam idam sarvam' Isam (the God) is present (inhabits) here everywhere - nothing exists separate from the God, because God is present everywhere. Respect every living being and non-living things as God. That's what Hinduism teaches you.*

*Hinduism is referred to as Sanathana Dharma, the eternal faith. It is based on the practice of Dharma, the code of life. The most important aspect of Hinduism is being truthful to oneself. Hinduism has no monopoly on ideas. It is open to all. Hindus believe in one God (not a personal one) expressed in different forms. For them, God is timeless and formless entity.*

*Ancestors of today's Hindus believe in eternal truths and cosmic laws and these truths are opened to anyone who seeks them. The British coined the word 'Hindu' and considered it as a religion.*

He said: 'Religions have become an MLM (multi-level- marketing) industry that has been trying to expand the market share by conversion. The biggest business in today's world is Spirituality.'

*I am a Hindu because it doesn't pre-condition my mind with any faith system.*

*In Hinduism we don't have any managers of god.*

*Some say "Be Muslim".Some say "Be Christian". Vedas say "Be Human".*

*Some say "Follow Prophet".Some say "Follow Jesus". Vedas say "Follow Your Conscience".*

Some say "God is over 7th Sky". Some say "God is over 4th Sky". *Vedas say "God is with me, within me".*

Some say "God tests". Some say "God punishes". Some say "God forgives". *Vedas say "God supports".*

*Hinduism is the original rather a natural yet a logical and satisfying spiritual, personal and a scientific way of living a life.*

*Hinduism is not a religion, its a culture,a way of life.*

*We need to take pride in our ancient culture and vedantic wisdom inherited through Rishis and Spiritual Masters.*

Gurudev's Navratri Message from Satsang

 Gurudev's Navratri Message  from Satsang

"There are some things you can do, you do them. And some things you cannot do - and the things that you cannot do, by thinking about it, it doesn't make them happen, you only make yourself miserable.
We get miserable looking at others behaviours - you cannot correct everybody and everything on the planet. Whatever you can do, you do and let go, in letting go you experience samadhi.
Offering all the good qualities and bad qualities you have to the Divine Mother, you get into deep meditation.
So, this is the time to take that deep inner spiritual rest.
Our mind is tired with desires and cravings, with do’s and don'ts, rights and wrongs. All these things are getting into our head and we get into a mess.
This is the time to just drop everything. And when we can drop everything and repose in ourselves, then samadhi, deep meditation happens.
And that is the basis of all success in life.
Here (during Navratri) we pray to the Mother Divine and say ‘whatever is right it is your job to maintain it and whatever is wrong it is your job to correct it. I'm neither here to correct anything or desire anything, you know what is best for me’.
With this feeling of offering the past, the present and the future at the feet, to the infinite power, we repose in ourselves - that is Navratri.
We give deep rest to our mind, our soul - because our soul is longing for rest - it’s tired with
all these cravings, all the rights and wrongs and concepts that we are struggling with in our life.
So, enjoy the Navratri celebrations."

Such a lovely verse by Laura Edwards:-

Such a lovely verse by
Laura Edwards:-

If the mountain seems too big today
then climb a hill instead;
If morning brings you sadness
it’s okay to stay in bed.

If the day ahead feels heavy and your plans feel like a curse,
There’s no shame in rearranging,
don’t make yourself feel worse.

If a shower stings like needles
and a bath feels like you’ll drown;
If you haven’t washed your hair for days,
don’t throw away your crown!

A day is not a lifetime.
A rest is not defeat.
Don’t think of it as failure,
Just a quiet, kind retreat.

It’s okay to take a moment
From an anxious, fractured mind.
The world will not stop turning
While you get realigned!

The mountain will still be there
When you want to try again
You can climb it in your own time,
Just love yourself till then!
